It was a used product and didn't work so I sent it back. :(

It started fine and after less than 3 months stopped working totally. I spent another $37.00 to an inquiry agency to help me, but to no avail.
Now I have the trouble and expense of sending it back.

Runs way to slow for a normal office typewriter. It beeps constantly at us because it cannot keep up

We received the typewriter 9/30 not unpacked for a few days.
When opened there was no daisy wheel enclosed. Ribbon that
was enclosed had obviously been used as it had been pulled out
of the holder is unusable and put in the botton of the typewriter. It appears this
had been purchased and returned and then sent to us. I would like some
advice as to what our options are short of returning the typewriter.
Very disappointed that this was not inspected before being sold
to us.
